About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our clients current team in a permanent full-time position. This role involves working across commercial construction projects and some maintenance work in the aged care and retirement living sectors throughout Newcastle and the Hunter Valley.

You'll be part of a supportive and professional team, with access to a company vehicle, fuel card, phone, and uniform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality plastering work on commercial and aged care sites
  • Carry out maintenance and repair tasks
  • Work independently and within a team to meet project deadlines
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Plasterer or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of the commercial construction industry
  • Construction White Card - essential
  • Current Driver's Licence - essential
  • Valid working rights in Australia - citizen or valid visa

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Asbestos Awareness Certificate
  • Working at Heights, EWP, and First Aid Certificates
  • Ability to obtain Police Clearance, WWCC & WWAC
  • COVID-19 vaccination - required
  • Flu vaccination - preferred or willingness to obtain
