About Us

Strike Drilling is a leading Mineral Exploration Drilling Company, specialising in reverse circulation and air core drilling services across Australia. We are currently seeking motivated applicants for Entry Level Drillers Offsider positions, with immediate starts available on projects across Western Australia.

This is a physically demanding role. While mining or drilling experience is not essential, you must have a background in labouring or physically demanding work.

Work Locations: Projects across WA, fly-in fly-out from Perth

Rosters Available: 2:1, 2:2, 4:2 (site dependent)

Work Types: A mix of client site and exploration projects (caravan accommodation provided)

Job Requirements

  • Valid C-Class (manual) and HR drivers' licence – essential (applications without these will not be considered)
  • National Police Clearance less than 12 months old
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Must reside in Perth, WA
  • Flexible with work locations (client sites & remote exploration projects)
  • Physically fit – able to work 12-hour shifts in harsh outback conditions
  • Safety-focused, team-oriented, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
