What You'll Be Doing

  • Completing property inspections, ingoing and outgoing inspections, and producing reports
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs
  • Processing invoices for payment
  • Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors

What We're Looking For

  • Current real estate qualification
  • Current QLD Drivers License and own reliable car
  • Reliable, organised, and proactive team player
  • A forward thinker with a 'can do' attitude and an ability to problem solve
  • Able to take direction and work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbally and written
  • Customer-first approach, with focuses on delivering quality service to all clients
  • PropertyMe experience an advantage but not essential
