The Opportunity

• Manage an established, well-maintained portfolio with dedicated team support
• Enjoy autonomy while working closely with a high-performing, collaborative team
• Full-time, Monday to Friday role with flexible work options (1 WFH day after probation)

Your Responsibilities

• End-to-end portfolio management of approx. 150 properties
• Liaise with VA Support and Office admin.
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinate maintenance and inspections with support from our field agent
• Prepare and process Entry & Exit Condition Reports
• Manage QCAT documentation and represent clients at hearings when required

What We're Looking For

• Current QLD Real Estate License
• 2+ years' experience in property management
• Proactive, solutions-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
• Reliable car and valid driver's license
