multiple roles on offer and huge demand for our team,
we are looking for experienced Underground Mining Engineers to assist our Tier 1 Clients in around the country. The roles are 8/6 rosters, with FIFO from capital cities on offer.

The Roles

The roles involve supporting active underground operations around the country with NSW, QLD, SA and WA roles on offer.

Working with established technical services teams, you will assist with day to day support to enable smooth operations with regards to mine planning and execution support.

All travel time and costs, as well as accommodation will be covered, ensuring you are not out of pocket for any expenses, alongside Prime Mining's industry leading remuneration.

The roles on offer involve options for the disciplines below:

• Mine production planning, including lateral/vertical development, stope notes and level plans.
• Scheduling/forecasting to support the site planning team and execution process (Deswik Scheduler).
• Drill and blast design and planning, for production and development.
• Ventilation design and planning.
• Backfill planning and execution support.

To be considered you must meet the following criteria:

• A tertiary qualification in Mining/Civil Engineering or a related field
• Located in a capital city or willing to relocate there or regionally near clients.
• You have previous practical experience in underground mining in Australia and an established understanding of mining operations
• Current Australian drivers licence
• Have exceptional and professional communication skills to engage and influence other personnel within the business, along with relevant technical expertise
• Have excellent time management and task prioritisation skills
• Have an overriding commitment to health, safety, environmental responsibility and sustainable development
