Joondalup Resort is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Attendant (Level 3) to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a flair for bartending and cocktail service.

What You'll Do

  • Provide outstanding customer service across our Food & Beverage outlets.
  • Mix and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails and premium drinks.
  • Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Assist with event setups and pack-downs, ensuring spaces are clean and presentable.
  • Deliver food and drinks promptly and professionally.
  • Train and support junior team members.
  • Uphold Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) standards at all times.

What We're Looking For

  • Current RSA Certificate and Hospitality Hygiene Certificate.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, with strong bartending skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A friendly, positive attitude and attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.
