Your Mission

As a Bartender / Bar Person (casual, on demand), you will:

  • Independently serve drinks, mix cocktails, and manage your bar station.
  • Take responsibility for stock management, organisation, and cleanliness.
  • Deliver memorable guest interactions with professionalism and flair.
  • Assist in training and guiding junior bar staff when needed.
  • Maintain WA Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) compliance and food safety where applicable.
  • Adapt to different bar styles, venues, and teams while keeping service seamless.

What You Bring

  • RSA certification (WA) and Food Handling / Food Safety Certificate if handling bar food.
  • 2–3 years' hospitality or bar experience.
  • Strong technical skills, confidence, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Leadership potential, initiative, and a proactive approach.
  • Energy, professionalism, and a guest-focused attitude.
