Catering HQ is looking for a proactive and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to join our talented and dedicated team at Castle Hill RSL. We provide great opportunities and career progression.

Catering HQ is a family run company that was established in 1996. We currently have 12 fabulous venues across Sydney. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicate with co-workers and management to solve problems and improve quality and service
  • Assist in the opening and/or closing of the catering department as per the company checklist guidelines.
  • Initiate dialogue and develop rapport with customers by learning their names, favourite drinks and food items
  • Understand and anticipate customer needs and aim to exceed these requirements
  • Training new employees and motivating them in their role
  • Assist in reaching business goals and objectives as set out by management

KEY QUALITIES

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent supportive and leadership skill set
  • Exposure to rostering and people development
  • Have a strong customer service focus
  • Professional, upbeat and friendly personality

  • Highest level of presentation and grooming standards
