A leading upmarket Restaurant in the Mornington Peninsula is presently searching for an F&B Supervisor to assist the manager in the overall performances for the venue.
- Presently working as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Supervisor with at least 3 years experience
- Able to maximise client satisfaction with a proven track record
- Remain responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising the delivery of service
- Assiting in training 15-20 staff members to ensure quality and consistency
- Able to successfully communicate to other facets of the business to ensure a smooth work flow
- Good experience in a structured policy driven arena
- Ability to work in a team environment and focus on quality and be very hands-on
- Showcase commitment to quality and passion for the position
- Ability to maximise client satisfaction with a proven track record
- Skilled in planning, coordinating and supervising the delivery of service

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
