Wendouree Victoria, Australia Stockland Full time $60,000 - $90,000 per year

Join our Retail Town Centres Team and drive opportunities within the centre through integrated marketing campaigns, community connection initiatives, and retailer support programs, partnering with local retailers and the community.

A permanent, full-time role based at our Stockland Wendouree town centre, you'll be involved in:

  • Successfully implement marketing campaigns and events
  • Engaging with local retailers and integrate them into key marketing campaigns
  • Drive the presentation of the centre, including visual merchandising, hoarding, and signage treatments
  • Network locally to identify sponsorship and participation opportunities
  • Assist in identifying key stakeholders within the region and develop a communication schedule to ensure regular contact
  • Engage relevant local groups and committees
  • Contribute to the integration of CR&S initiatives and relationships through the marketing mix and program
  • Implement community relations programs, events, and sponsorships
  • Create and upload content across social and digital channels

About you

To ensure your success in this role, you will bring with you:

  • A customer focused mindset who possesses marketing knowledge and expertise gained through a formal marketing qualification
  • Experience within shopping centres, retail industries, events management, or charity/community-based services with a marketing focus preferably
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet agreed deadlines
  • A genuine brand advocate with the ability to create strong stakeholder relationships
