KU Peninsula is located in the sunny seaside town of Tanilba Bay and provides early education to children 2-5 years old from 8:00am-4:30pm. We are proud to be part of the community and the reputation we have built since 1985. The service has a fantastic, large backyard with endless opportunities for nature play where children can dig in the mud, climb trees, discover and learn about insects and enjoy connecting with nature. Being so close by to the bay, excursion down to the Tanilba Bay Boardwalk are enjoyed by all The service has one big open room with doors backing onto the playground and has a mixture of full time and part time core staff. Free parking is available at the service and close by on residential street. world.

The Role:

We are looking for a Certificate III qualified educator to join the service on a casual basis.

Of course, you will need:

  • Australian working rights
  • A current NSW Working with Children Check
  • An ACECQA recognised Certificate III qualification or Diploma 
  • Completed and valid first aid and CPR certificates
  • Completed Child Protection Training as well as demonstrated understanding of current child safe practices 
  • Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011)
  • Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Frameworks (EYLF)
