About the Role
As the Clinical Trials Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital part in supporting groundbreaking clinical research that helps improve patient outcomes. Working alongside dedicated professionals, you will provide efficient and reliable administrative and financial support across all phases of clinical trials. From coordinating trial documentation and maintaining accurate records, to ensuring compliance with established guidelines and procedures, your work will contribute to the smooth and effective delivery of these important studies.
In this role, you will take ownership of a variety of responsibilities including managing site files, updating the Clinical Trials Management System, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and supporting data entry. You'll also assist with disseminating trial information and ensuring all documentation meets regulatory and operational requirements. This is an opportunity to combine your strong organisational skills with your attention to detail, while making a meaningful contribution to advancing healthcare through clinical research.

You are a proactive and organised professional with a strong ability to support clinical research and business improvement initiatives. You thrive in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment and are committed to delivering accurate, efficient, and compliant administrative support.
- Proven ability to work independently or in a team, meeting deadlines under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement
- Experience in administrative, financial, and data management within healthcare settings
- Knowledge of clinical trial processes, health systems, and Good Clinical Practice
