Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Consultant located in Deloraine, TAS. The Real Estate Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing and executing sales activities, providing excellent customer service, liaising with clients, and closing deals. Day-to-day tasks include attending open houses, conducting property tours, negotiating with buyers and sellers, preparing and presenting offers, and coordinating with other real estate professionals. The consultant will also attend training sessions to stay updated on market trends and real estate laws.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Real Estate Sales and general Real Estate knowledge
  • Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
  • Ability to learn and apply new skills through regular Training sessions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proficiency with real estate software and tools is a plus
  • Relevant certifications or property, representative licence in real estate
