Oceania Dental in Burnie is looking for either an experienced Dental Assistant or a motivated trainee to join their friendly and supportive team.

As a valued member of the Oceania Dental team, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth, high-quality patient care. Your duties will include:

• Assisting chair-side during dental procedures
• Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms
• Upholding excellent infection control and sterilisation standards
• Welcoming patients and helping them feel comfortable
• Supporting front-desk and reception duties as needed

Oceania Dental is looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, and enjoys contributing to a positive team environment.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be:

• Reliable and hardworking, with strong attention to detail
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy setting
• Friendly and adaptable, with a genuine care for patients
• Team-oriented, contributing positively to the practice culture

If you already hold a Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting, fantastic If not, the team is ready to support you through a traineeship while you gain your qualification.
