About the Role:
The Senior Consultant role at Talogy is focused on fully understanding our clients' talent management challenges and designing expert solutions to meet their needs. Additionally, the person in this position is expected to be a source of knowledge and guidance for colleagues in other departments and be able to advise others with ease on the application and implementation of Talogy's range of talent management solutions.
Senior Consultants are expected to work core hours and days relevant for their region, but will need to be flexible when required to work outside of normal hours for client projects. Day-to-day, the role can be performed remotely, with the expectation of travel for on-site client work, events, meetings, and workshops.
Role Responsibilities:
- Playing a lead role in the scoping, design, delivery, and evaluation of our consultancy services to clients, including (but not limited to) the following examples:
- Coordinating and delivering job analyses to inform talent management initiatives.
- Coordinating and delivering training needs analyses to inform talent development initiatives.
- Implementing high-volume screening and sifting solutions, e.g., situational judgment tests, behavioral styles and personality questionnaires, cognitive ability and aptitude tests, etc.
- Designing and delivering high-touch assessment solutions, e.g,. interviewing, workplace simulations, assessment centers, deep-dive psychometric assessments, etc.
- Talent development and learning solutions, e.g., designing and delivering skill/competency development workshops, running psychometric feedback/exploration sessions, supporting design and delivery of elements in longer-form development initiatives and leadership programs, etc.
- Client accreditation training for Talogy products.
- Organizational-level initiatives, e.g., competency framework design.
- Designing other bespoke talent management solutions as required.
- Partnering with colleagues in Sales teams to support a range of business development activities, e.g., building relationships with prospective clients, advising around the viability and practical limitations of solutions, assisting in the continuous development of accounts, etc.
- Collaborating with colleagues in Client Experience to support ongoing client interactions, e.g., general project management activities, product setup on TalogyTech systems, supporting client queries, etc.
- Making contributions to support the Marketing group with general industry activities, e.g,. writing content for blogs, participating in webinars, attending conferences and events, etc.
- Other ad-hoc activities as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Requirements:
- Education to Master's degree level in organizational/business psychology or equivalent field.
- Strong knowledge of current theory and contemporary approaches in talent management, such as job analysis, assessment,t and recruitment design, training/instructional design, etc.
- Experience in the talent management or HR consultancy industry or in-house roles within HR or L&D.
- Strong track record of collaborating effectively with others, managing projects, and creating materials for clients and colleagues.
- Experience in supporting business development activities and client relationship management.
- Effective understanding of talent management products on the market, and willingness to learn about Talogy's broad range of solution sets.
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
