BUSY At Work is part of The BUSY Group, a not-for-profit organisation. Presenting over 45 years' experience in skilling solutions and services to employers and businesses, job seekers and students, through apprenticeship support services, employment, education support programs, and vocational training.

About the Role…

To work within a team to ensure that the administrative and processing activities required in meeting the contractual obligations of BUSY At Work's Australian Apprenticeship Support Services (AASS) are carried out in an accurate and timely basis.

This role is full time fixed term until 30 June 2026. This role is on a hybrid model working from home 2 days a week and working in our Southport office 3 days a week.

A bit about your experience…

  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Digitally savvy – intermediate computer skills
  • Previous administration experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet KPI's
  • Ability to resolve complex client situations with resilience and maturity
  • Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check
