About the role

We are seeking experienced Wait Staff, Bar Staff and Cocktail Staff to join our dynamic team at the Riverbank Moama in Moama, NSW. As a part-time role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.

What you'll be doing

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional service
  • Take food and beverage orders and process payments efficiently
  • Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, wines, beers and other beverages
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment and glassware are properly sanitized
  • Assist with stocking and inventory management of bar and dining supplies
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service
  • Troubleshoot guest queries and provide outstanding customer service

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Wait Staff, Bar Staff or Cocktail Staff in a hospitality environment
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a warm and friendly service
  • Knowledge of cocktail preparation, wine and beer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
