- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment
- Oversee administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and compliance
- Foster a culture of collaboration, positivity, and child-focused care
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children, ideally those with complex needs or behaviours
- Background in administration or program coordination
- Previous experience in a school or disability support setting is highly regarded
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence in planning and delivering daily programs and activities
- A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach
- Ability to lead and support a diverse team
Essential Requirements

- QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)
- First Aid and CPR Certificate

- Work in a dynamic, fulfilling role that blends leadership, coordination, and child support
- Enjoy the support of a committed, collaborative team
- Build valuable leadership experience in a respected and growing organisation
