About the Role:

Join our team as a Food Service Attendant and play a key role in delivering an exceptional and efficient lunch service. We are looking for a reliable, organised, and customer-focused individual who is passionate about food service. Your primary focus will be to ensure our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience, from greeting to payment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain a clean and presentable shop front.
  • Greet customer courteously and ensure efficient service during lunch hours.
  • Replenish containers, utensils, and beverages as needed.
  • Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation standards in the service areas.
  • Monitor food levels and assist with basic inventory tracking.
  • Process customer payments accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
  • Previous experience in food service, catering, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and reliably with minimal supervision.
  • Understanding of basic food safety is a plus.
  • Must be punctual, organised, and able to start immediately.
