Simon's Seconds and iPave is a medium sized business specialising in the sale and storage of 1st Quality and Factory Seconds Landscaping, Paving, Natural Stone and building supplies.
Our customers range from the landscaper to home handyman. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills and an attention to detail.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who will take pride in their work and ownership of the role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Packing pallets and wrapping orders
* Loading and unloading large and small orders including assisting customers with loading their vehicles.
* Operating forklifts on a daily basis
* Using cutting tools/machining equipment for custom orders. (Training can be provided)
* Ensure the stock yard, showroom and gardens are kept well maintained and clean.
REQUIRED SKILLS
* A valid Australian Drivers Licence and own transport is a must.
* A valid Australian Forklift Licence is essential.
* Ability to work within a team and also independently.
* Excellent communication skills and phone manner
* Good level of fitness and ability to lift heavier products whilst adhering to Manual Handling Procedures.
We are open to applicants applying for either casual, part-time or full-time. The role can be tailored to suit the right candidate.
