We are a well-established, family- friendly caravan park located in the beautiful Geographe Bay, and the gateway to the prestigious Margaret River wine region. We offer a welcoming experience to travellers, holidaymakers and long-term guests. Our park features cabins, powered sites, amenities block, pool, BBQ area, camp kitchen, playgrounds, mini golf, jumping pillow and dog wash. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and a clean, relaxed environment.

Airport with direct flights to and from Melbourne and Sydney.

We are seeking a hands-on, experienced and customer-focused couple to join our team and oversee the day-to-day management of the park.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee the daily operations of the park, ensuring smooth and efficient running

· Handle guest bookings and check ins/check outs

· Previous experience using Newbook, Xero, Deputy and Microsoft

· Ability to promote park on social media platforms

· Handle guest inquiries, complaints and feedback in a professional manner

· Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the park

· Conduct regular inspections of cabins, amenities and grounds

· Basic maintenance, gardening and general upkeep of the park

· Manage staff and contractors as required

· Manage budgets, ordering, stock control and reporting to owner

· Promote the park and local attractions to increase occupancy

· After Hours on call telephone responsibility

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $87,000.00 per year
