Our client is a respected mid-sized agency with multiple offices servicing the premium suburbs of St George. They're a close-knit team known for their integrity, accountability, and passion for property. • Competitive salary: $85,000 - $100,000 plus KPI's

THE ROLE.

• You'll be managing a clean, well-kept portfolio of 150 properties with a dedicated Leasing Consultant. They focus on offering high-quality support to landlords and tenants.
• Portfolio of 150 currently but, may grow to no more than 180
• Oversee property inspections, maintenance coordination, and lease renewals.
• Ensure compliance with property legislation and high service standards.
• Promptly address and resolve client concerns.
• Deliver accurate reports to landlords in a timely manner.
• Manage a Leasing Consultant
• Resolve issues ideally before NCAT

THE PERSON.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in property management
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a professional environment
• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Passion for real estate, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
