**Leasing Assistant - Entry Level/Junior Position (Southern Sydney)**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, well-presented, organised and hardworking Junior Leasing Assistant to join our friendly and award-winning commercial real estate team located in Ramsgate.

You will be supporting our Sales and Leasing team consisting of 9 commercial agents and 5 Administrators.
**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Quick learner with excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills.
- Strong professional communicator (written and oral)
- Committed to achieving to a high standard in all aspects of the role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Thrives in a busy and varied role, is proactive and open minded and takes on each new challenge with a positive attitude.
- Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain
- Drivers Licence (company car provided)

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Junior Leasing Assistant at CPG, you will be involved in a variety of tasks to support our team in the day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Administration duties pertaining to the sales & leasing process
- Property inspections with prospective commercial tenants
- Speaking with and negotiating lease terms with prospective tenants
- Diary management
- File management
- Database maintenance
- Corresponding with the Property Management department
- Online property marketing management
- Ad hoc duties
