Sydney-based hospitality group, Liquid & Larder, are searching for an experienced, charismatic Restaurant Supervisor to join the team at The Gidley.

About The Venue:

The Gidley, found in Sydney's CBD on the corner of King and Elizabeth, is an opulent steak house, where fine dining meets semi-respectable displays of gluttony.

As our guests step inside and make their way down dimly lit stairs to the Lounge Bar, an intimate haven of plush furnishings and quiet corners. As their table's being prepared, guests can enjoy old-school charm with their favourite stiff drink before taking a seat in the lavish Dining Room. Here is where guests sink their fork into prime cuts and sip on juicy reds while allowing the jovial spirit of golden-age hospitality to unfold around them.

The Restaurant Supervisor role is a full-time position, with the option for conversation about casual employment. We offer a competitive wage and fantastic tips, making it an attractive opportunity. The working hours will vary between lunch and/or dinner service, 7 days a week.

About The Role:

As the Restaurant Supervisor, your role is to support the Restaurant Manager in ensuring exceptional dining experiences. With excellent attention to detail, you will uphold impeccable standards for both food quality and service. Your approach to service will be personal, professional, and engaging, striving to understand guests' needs and expectations while leading by example to embody the characteristics that make us best in class.

The ultimate goal is to exceed customer expectations, leaving them thoroughly satisfied and wanting for nothing.

Prior experience in a hatted venue is essential, along with a keen eye for detail to maintain the consistent quality of our offerings.
