About the Role

You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a range of devices, including smartphones, tablets, and other portable electronics. Your day will include:

  • Performing screen, battery, and charging port replacements across Apple, Samsung, and other major brands
  • Testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring all repairs meet quality standards
  • Communicating clearly with customers and team members regarding repair progress
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace while following safety and ESD protocols

Hours and pay rate will be determined by experience and performance.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who brings both skill and reliability to the role. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in mobile phone and tablet repairs
  • A strong understanding of iOS and Android hardware and software
  • Experience with diagnostic tools and micro-soldering (a bonus)
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • A proactive and solutions-focused attitude, with the ability to think on your feet and take initiative
