Our client is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile project delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a
    Scrum Master
    on multiple projects.
  • Deep understanding of Scrum principles and the Agile Manifesto.
  • Strong expertise in sprint planning, Agile estimation, and delivery frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Kanban, LeSS).
  • Experience managing cross-functional product teams and leading technical delivery in complex environments.
  • Track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives and embedding Agile best practices.
  • Ability to assess and manage project risks proactively.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is highly desirable.
