• Launch and grow Ai-CHA's brand presence in Australi

• Develop franchise partnerships and ensure strong store performanc

• Manage day-to-day operations, sales, and local team activitie

• Oversee cost efficiency, marketing execution, and customer experienc

• Serve as the bridge between our Australia operations and Regional H

Who You Ar

• 5–10 years of experience in retail, F&B, or franchise operation

• Proven track record in business development and operational managemen

t
• Strong leadership and commercial thinkin

g
• Excellent communication in both English and Mandarin (spoken & written) — to liaise with regional teams and partner

• Familiar with the Australian market or eager to build from the ground u
