About The Fullerton Hotels and Resorts

The Fullerton Hotels and Resorts is a prestigious luxury hotel group, with two award-winning properties in Singapore, our recently opened hotel in Hong Kong, and our flagship Australian property in Sydney.

About Our Kitchens

The Place Kitchen supports the Hotel's signature all-day dining outlet which serves three main meal periods as well as 24/7 cuisine through in-room dining.

We Are Hiring:

We are currently recruiting for the following roles:

  • Chef de Partie

  • Demi Chef

  • Commis Chef

In these roles, you will bring your culinary expertise and creativity to the table, preparing high-quality dishes that exceed guest expectations. You'll have experience in your area of specialisation and the confidence to contribute to a collaborative kitchen team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including early mornings and night shifts

  • Experience with à la carte service

  • Strong culinary skills across various cooking styles and techniques

  • Completed culinary qualifications and a genuine passion for food

  • Portfolio or photos of your work are welcomed and encouraged

  • Knowledge of HACCP and commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standards

  • A team player with a guest-focused attitude

  • Full-time availability to work in a CBD-based role
