About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic Gym Instructor to join our team. Your main goal? Keep our members safe while delivering engaging fitness programs that keep them coming back. Flexible hours and supportive team – this could be your opportunity
What You'll Do
- Keep our members and staff safe at all times.
- Design, deliver, and update fitness programs for new and existing members.
- Conduct assessments, orientations, and program starts.
- Supervise the gym floor, giving advice, encouragement, and support.
- Assist trainee instructors and promote personal training opportunities.
- Help maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe environment.
- Follow all OHS, risk, and emergency procedures.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Fitness Australia Certification & Certificate III or IV in Fitness
- Reformer Pilates Certificate (desirable)
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Police Check
