About the Role
This is your opportunity to step into a senior national leadership role and shape the operational success of Sureway's Inclusive Employment Australia service.
For more than 30 years, Sureway has been an industry leader in the delivery of employment services across Australia. As the leader of Performance and Training Specialists (called RPOS Manager internally), you'll play a key role in lifting performance, improving consistency, and building capability across our national footprint.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting a team of RPOS professionals across multiple regions
- Collaborating with State Managers to assess performance gaps and prioritise site-level support
- Directing training, resources, and mentoring to underperforming sites
- Designing and improving onboarding and induction tools for new staff across the organisation
- Acting as subject matter expert in compliance, systems, and operational best practice
- Overseeing delivery of consistent and high-quality staff development initiatives
- Using data and performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategic interventions
- Contributing to national operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Promoting Sureway culture and performance standards across geographically dispersed teams
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Experienced leaders, with a track record of managing performance and building high-performing teams
- Operationally savvy, with deep understanding of employment services compliance, claims, and performance frameworks
- Strategic thinkers, who use data to direct action and allocate support
- Skilled facilitators, capable of designing and delivering effective training programs
- Problem solvers, who can lead complex change and uplift results
- Collaborative and credible, able to influence senior stakeholders while supporting frontline success
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-year degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years' experience in a senior RPOS or equivalent operational leadership role
- Strong understanding of Inclusive Employment Australia KPIs, compliance, and program systems
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly across regions
