Advanced Trainee Registrar

Your new role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Trainee Registrar to further develop clinical, leadership, and academic skills while completing the Essential O&G Skills Advanced Training Module alongside the Sexual and Reproductive Health Advanced Training Pathway (SRH-ATP). In this role, you will:

• Deliver high-quality obstetric and gynaecological care, including after-hours acute cover.
• Gain leadership experience, including mentoring junior staff and contributing to rostering and education.
• Access diverse training opportunities across Logan Hospital and other Metro South facilities, preparing you for transition to consultant practice.

We offer our staff and students extensive support and training in most medical specialties. As a teaching hospital, we help train future health care professionals and participate in research through strong partnerships with Queensland's leading medical schools, universities, and TAFE Queensland.

Our services will continue to grow as we build bigger and better facilities to support the community. By 2027, we'll have more beds and 5 more birthing suites as part of the Logan Hospital expansion.
