About the Role:

  • Carry out carpentry, joinery and repair tasks
  • Maintain and restore existing structures, fittings and finishes.
  • Complete preventative maintenance to ensure our property is safe, functional and presented to the highest standards
  • Work collaboratively with the maintenance team and other departments to address repair needs promptly and effectively.

Who we are looking for:

  • Trade-qualified carpenter
  • Proven experience in property maintenance
  • Strong repair and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
  • Positive, reliable and proactive approach
  • Commitment to safe work practices and quality finishes.
