ABOUT THE ROLE:

Casual Educators play an essential part of our team at Where We Grow Research, providing support to our permanent team members and, of course, the children in our care, with wonderful community connections and great team environments.

As a Casual Educator, you will:

  • Collaborate with and support the team in delivering our educational programs.
  • Provide quality care and education for the children in our service.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with both children and families.
  • Foster a nurturing and safe environment for all children.

As a key team member at our Where We Grow Research service, you'll be instrumental in shaping young learners' educational journeys. TO THRIVE YOU WILL NEED:

  • Previous experience working in a childcare setting
  • Cert lll or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • A genuine love for making a meaningful impact on a child's learning experience
  • Strong communication skills
