Casual Educator – Busy Bees at Heritage Parc

Location: Rutherford, NSW

Licensed Capacity: 94 places

Hourly Rate: $35.35 – $43.54 (inclusive of 25% casual loading)

About the Role

We are currently seeking dedicated and adaptable Casual Educators to join the team at Busy Bees at Heritage Parc. This flexible opportunity is ideal for passionate educators who enjoy working across different rooms and routines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting daily routines and learning experiences across age groups
  • Providing quality care aligned with EYLF and NQS frameworks
  • Building strong, respectful relationships with children and families
  • Working collaboratively with educators and leadership teams
  • Maintaining safety, hygiene, and compliance at all times

What You'll Need

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
  • Working with Children Check (Employee – NSW)
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
  • Experience working across multiple age groups
  • Flexibility and a team-focused mindset

Key Availability Requirement

  • Full availability Monday to Friday
  • Must be available between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM
  • Flexibility to accept short-notice shift calls is essential
