The Opportunity:

This growing firm, is seeking an Associate Director to bolster their Business Services & Tax team. The role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with strong experience within an Australian accounting firm, coupled with CA/CPA qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a broad range of portfolios for clients, focusing on business advisory services
  • Oversee tax planning, advisory and compliance for large SME individuals and businesses
  • Provide strategic financial advice to clients to drive growth within their own businesses
  • Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals
  • Contribute to the firm's growth and business development initiatives

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Extensive experience working in an Australian accounting firm
  • CA or CPA qualifications
  • Focus on technical tax issues for private clients
  • Strong advisory skills and a proven track record in providing value-added services
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A proactive approach to client relationships and business development
  • Be a current Director looking for clear pathway to equity or an Associate Director/Senior Manager who feels blocked from progressing who is looking for a new opportunity.
