Scheduler/Office Administration- Full Time

Poolwerx is Australia's largest franchised pool and spa care network. Poolwerx Keperra services clients throughout the northern suburbs of Brisbane. We have two retail stores, one at Keperra, and another at Ashgrove. We are looking for the 'right person' to fill a full-time scheduling and administration role coordinating client needs and technicians.

What we are looking for:

The successful candidate will be customer focused with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.

You must have good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to maintain working relationships with customers and team members.

Previous scheduling experience would be advantageous however, we welcome all client-focused individuals with good attitudes to apply, as our training program will give you the skills required for the role. The skills include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
  • Coordinating job schedules for technicians
  • Accurately booking client details
  • Performing general reception tasks
  • Invoicing clients
  • Receiving client payments and follow-up of payments
  • Backup retail assistance

Skills and Personal Requirements

  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Responding to short notice changes to the schedule whilst remaining calm and professional
