Ausgroup Industrial Services (AGIS) are seeking experienced Maintenance Plannersto assist in the successful delivery of our scaffolding contract based at a local Port, located approximately 36km's from Mackay.

AGIS offer a highly skilled, qualified & experienced workforce which consists of Scaffolders, Riggers, Industrial Painters, Abrasive Blasters, Boilermakers, Welders, Trade Assistants, Industrial Cleaners and Supervisors.

ABOUT YOU

Essential Skills:

To be considered for these roles you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Proven Planning experience in similar role.
  • Understanding of systematic process of allocation of resources, tools and equipment for weekly, outage and shutdown periods.
  • Prioritising work activities in consultation with key stakeholders.
  • Communicate plan to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate scope/ estimate and planning of work requests in conjunction with technical development team.
  • Experience across mining, construction or offshore work environment, where safety is the highest priority.
  • Uphold health and safety standards and proactively assist others.
  • Pro-active attitude towards continuous improvement and having a positive culture.
  • Ability to develop and implement operational improvement strategies.
  • Demonstrated personnel management skills.
  • Accurate reporting and management of projects.
  • Review planning and completion against scheduled and delegated works.
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills.
  • Quality control and accurate reporting.
  • Competent with use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Project.
  • Whilst previous scaffold experience is highly regarded, all applicants will be considered based on planning skills.

Qualifications Required:

  • Current Driver's Licence.
  • Construction White Card. (advantageous)
  • Work Safely at Heights Certificate. (advantageous)
  • MSIC (or the ability to obtain).
