The role is accountable for Delivery Support Services, Project Support Functions, including Contracts & Procurement, Benefits Management, Planning & Scheduling and Delivery Support Office Management, providing strategic leadership, management of all identified services including people, processes, tools, frameworks, standards, and functions. It will lead the establishment, embed, and enhance existing services as well as define new service offerings to enable successful Program and Project delivery across a large and complex portfolio.

The role:

Reporting to the Senior Director – Delivery Support Services, this role is accountable for leading the Project Support Function. The function is responsible for the following services:

  • Benefits Management
  • Contracts and Procurement - in partnership with the Operations and Performance Branch
  • Delivery Support Office Management
  • Planning & Scheduling

  • Proven delivery experience in the use and application of project management methodologies, frameworks.
  • Demonstrated track record of effectively developing, managing, and supporting a high performing and service-oriented team.
  • High level ability to understand stakeholder objectives and requirements and establish effective strategic relationships.
