Position Description: Senior Technical Business Analyst / Solution Architect

Reports To: Head of consulting

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Business Analyst / Solution Architect to lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring over 15 years of experience in business analysis, solution architecture, and stakeholder engagement across telecom, IT services, and analytics domains. This role will drive strategic solutioning, data governance, and agile delivery across complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

· Enterprise Solution Design

o Lead the design and delivery of scalable enterprise solutions across CRM, BI, and data platforms.

o Develop technical mapping documents and strategic roadmaps for managed services and analytics platforms.

· Stakeholder Engagement & Agile Leadership

o Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

o Coach Agile methodologies across squads and mentor Technical Product Owners.

· Data Strategy & Governance

o Architect data mesh integrations using platforms like Databricks Lakehouse.

o Establish and enforce data governance frameworks and operational deployment processes.

· Business Analysis & Process Reengineering

o Conduct gap analyses, process mapping, and requirements lifecycle management.

o Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications.

· Project Delivery & Transformation

o Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives including VAT compliance, KPI automation, and customer segmentation.

o Manage vendor coordination, reporting, and quality assurance across transformation programs.

Required Skills & Experience

· 15+ years in Business Analysis, Solution Architecture, or related roles

· Proven experience in telecom, IT services, and enterprise analytics

· Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management

· Expertise in tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps, Power BI, SQL, Cognos, Oracle SQL

· Experience with data platforms: Teradata, Netezza, Databricks

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

· Familiarity with BPMN, integration analysis, and business process reengineering

Education & Certifications

· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

· Certified Scrum Master

· Agile Management & Business Planning Certifications
