About the role
- Complete preventative and scheduled maintenance across the Doma property portfolio
- Attend and action all required jobs using our software management system
- General and adhoc maintenance duties as required
- Manage and prioritise requests as necessary to ensure excellent customer service
- Work collaboratively with other team members to close out jobs and repair works in a timely and efficient manner
- Working within a positive working environment with a great team
- Responsibility for equipment and plant monitoring
This is a hands-on role and would suit an individual who thrives in dynamic and fast paced environments.
What you will bring

- Trade qualified with a passion for delivering high quality work
- Painting experience desired
- Dynamic individual with a can do attitude who can prioritise multiple jobs in a fast paced environment
- Familiarity with safety procedures and WHS
- Customer focused who can work collaboratively in a team
- Available for varied shifts including occasional evening and weekend shift
- White card certified and full driver's license
