The role

Key responsibilities undertaken by the Coordinator Service Support include:

  • Coordinate the delivery of services to eligible residents of the Mount Alexander Shire
  • Identify and develop process improvements which enhance the quality of service delivery to the community
  • Facilitate and manage the roll out of appropriate software upgrades within the Community Wellbeing team
  • Monitor targets and prepare reports for unit budgets and reporting to funding entities
  • Educate staff in relevant program compliance issues and how to develop appropriate practices and procedures in order to minimise and control the risk/s

Our ideal candidate

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • relevant experience and qualifications
  • demonstrated experience in staff support and management in a clinical environment
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • well developed problem solving skills
  • skills in managing time, setting priorities and planning and organising
  • proficient in the use of computer software including Microsoft Office suite
