With this growth comes the need for a high-performing Dental Assistant who can keep up with our fast-paced environment while prioritising patient comfort, experience, and clinical excellence.

This is our final recruitment intake for 2025. The next opportunity to join our team will not be until Feb/March 2026.

About the Role

  • Chairside support during general, surgical, and cosmetic treatments (including implants).
  • Setting up, sterilising, and maintaining treatment rooms to the highest standards.
  • Assisting with stock control and clinical organisation.
  • Contributing to a team culture that values collaboration, growth, and accountability.

About You

We're looking for someone who is not just capable, but committed to excellence:

  • Previous Dental Assistant experience is highly valued (surgical/implant exposure a bonus).
  • Certificate III/IV in Dental Assisting, or willingness to complete one.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute tasks to a high standard.
  • Professional, reliable, and adaptable in a busy, evolving clinic.
  • A positive team player who cares deeply about patient experience.

Why Join Us?
  • Be part of a modern, expanding practice with a reputation for quality care.
  • A supportive, professional team that values accountability and growth.
  • Above-award pay tailored to your experience and performance.
  • Opportunities for ongoing training and career development.
  • The chance to make a real impact in a practice that's going places.

If you're looking for more than "just a job" and want to be part of a high-performance dental team, this is your opportunity. Submit your resume and a short cover letter to or apply via Seek.

Applications close soon. Next intake Feb/March 2026.
