About the Opportunity**We are looking for experienced Support Workers to work in our Supported Independent Living (SIL) Homes across the Northern Rivers Region - Bilambil, Tweed Heads, Kingscliff, Terania Creek, and more. We have vacancies available across a 24/7 roster in each SIL. This is a great opportunity for those with flexible availability seeking more work. Immediate start available as well.
About You
To set the benchmark standard of services, we seek likeminded support workers that uphold and represent our core values: Integrity, Empathy, Creative, Inspire, Mindfulness & Bold.
In addition to our values, our support staff require mandatory compliance:
- 12 months minimum experience as a Support Worker.
- Willingness to travel to the required locations to complete shifts
- Relevant tertiary qualification (minimum Certificate III in Disability or related industry)
- Driver's Licence & Car with Comprehensive Insurance.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Manual Handling Certificate.
- Medication Administration Certificate.
- Flexible availability & commitment to an ongoing roster of support.
