What You'll Do:

  • Create high-quality 3D models, drawings and documentation for earthworks, roads, and drainage
  • Collaborate across disciplines and global teams
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to technical excellence
  • Enjoy flexible work arrangements with WFH capabilities

What You Bring:

  • 8+ years' experience in civil design (or equivalent)
  • Advanced skills in MicroStation & OpenRoads
  • Strong knowledge of design standards and multi-disciplinary coordination
  • Full working rights in Australia
