Nikpol Pty. Nikpol currently has the position available for the role of Truck Driver at our Eagle Farm based Warehouse.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Drive HR and/or MR trucks with a capacity of more than 4.5 tons to transport materials to specified destinations.
  • Perform work under the direction of the Warehouse Manager and deliver company products to customers.
  • Keep records of materials and products to be delivered.
  • Inspect inventory for defects, scratches or other damage and verify the quantity and quality of the products to be delivered.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and promote a positive image of the company.
  • A good working geographical knowledge of Queensland Metro and regional areas for efficient and timely deliveries.
  • Multiple drops, hand unloading, some heavy lifting.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Proven experience in a warehouse environment as a Truck Driver
  • Current endorsed HR licence.
  • Forklift licence desirable.
  • Competent in reading & writing English.
  • Proven driving safety record.
  • Experience using PDAs for sign on glass deliveries (paperless)
  • Excellent attention to detail
