We're Hiring: Experienced Support Workers / EENs (Multiple Roles – Melbourne Locations)

Hi all,

We are currently looking to hire multiple experienced Support Workers or Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (EENs) for complex care clients in various locations across Melbourne.

Shifts Available:

  • Short shifts
  • Long shifts
  • Sleepovers
  • Active night shifts

Current Client Opportunities:1. Altona (SDA Apartment)

  • Client: 27-year-old female
  • Needs: Non-verbal, seizure management, PEG feeding, hoist transfers
  • Preference: Female support worker

Officer, Victoria (SDA House)

  • Client: 41-year-old male with McCune-Albright Syndrome
  • Needs: 24/7 ventilator support, bed-bound, verbal communication
  • Preference: Female support worker

Officer, Victoria

  • Client: 51-year-old male with spinal condition
  • Needs: Step transfer support, diabetes management, ileal conduit bag care
  • Preference: Female support worker

What We're Looking For:

  • Female support workers preferred (based on client preferences)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in complex care
  • Must hold all mandatory documents and certifications
