We are seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to lead the Sales and Delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and technical expertise across D365 modules including Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Services, CoPilot. You will play a pivotal role in shaping solution design, mentoring consultants, engaging with clients, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and craft tailored D365 solutions.
- Contribute to discovery workshops and solution envisioning sessions.
- Develop and present solution architecture, demos, and proof-of-concepts.
- Contribute to high-quality proposals, estimates, and SOWs.
- Act as a trusted solution advisor to clients during the sales cycle.
Solution Architecture & Delivery:
- Design end-to-end D365 CE (with Power Platform) solutions aligned with business goals.
- Mentor functional and technical teams through implementation phases.
- Ensure architectural integrity, scalability, and performance of solutions.
- Oversee data migration, integration, and customization efforts.
- Provide governance and best practices across delivery engagements.
- Conduct solution reviews and ensure alignment with Microsoft standards.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Provide strategic guidance on digital transformation initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in architecting and delivering D365 CE and, ideally, adjacent Power Platform solutions.
- Proven track record in Pre-Sales engagements and client presentations.
- Deep knowledge of D365 CE modules: Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Services.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Pages, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Familiarity with Azure services and integration frameworks.
- Microsoft certifications in D365 CE are highly desirable.
- Trusted advisor to both frontline teams and executive leadership, ensuring alignment between operational realities and strategic goals.
- Strong interpersonal stakeholder skills to navigate direct, and high-pressure communication styles.
- Proven ability to manage challenging personalities with professionalism, empathy, and strategic influence.
- Adept at conflict resolution and navigating resistance to change during digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience architecting and delivering D365 solutions in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, and field service settings.
- Demonstrated success in driving user adoption of D365 in environments with low digital maturity
