Role Description
We're looking for
Participant Engagement and Housing Advisors
to join our Melbourne team.
This is a
full-time or part time role
with flexibility to work from home and travel across Melbourne and surrounding regions.
You'll support individuals explore housing options, conduct property viewings, and build strong relationships with support coordinators, families, and providers.
You'll also play a key role in coordinating tenancy documentation, ensuring smooth transitions, and maintaining LCA's focus on quality service and participant outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Respond to enquiries and guide individuals through housing options
 - Build and maintain referral relationships with sector partners
 - Coordinate home viewings and assist with tenancy documentation
 - Keep records accurate and compliant
 - Represent Life Care Assist at community and industry events
 - Work closely with the housing and marketing teams to improve engagement
 
What You'll Bring
- Experience or strong interest in NDIS, SDA, SIL, or housing coordination
 - Great communication and relationship skills
 - Organised, reliable, and confident working independently
 - Current Driver's Licence, Police Check, NDIS Worker Check, and WWCC
 - Relevant experience or study in Community Services, Disability, or Housing (advantage)
