About the Role

We are seeking a detail-driven and analytical
Data Analyst
to support business decision-making through accurate reporting, data insights, and performance measurement. In this role, you will work closely with various teams to interpret data, develop visualisations, and uncover trends that help improve overall operational and strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyse data from a variety of sources.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and visualisations to present insights clearly.
  • Identify patterns, trends, and key drivers that influence business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and enhance reporting accuracy.
  • Maintain data quality and ensure consistency across systems and datasets.
  • Support data-driven projects and recommend improvements based on findings.
  • Assist in forecasting, modelling, and performance tracking as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Solid analytical and critical-thinking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear, actionable way.
  • Experience working with large datasets or database systems.

Preferred Attributes

  • Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analysis.
  • Familiarity with data modelling, ETL processes, or data warehousing concepts.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
