Office Manager (Accounts, Payroll & Administration)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong skills in accounts, payroll, and general administration, who can take ownership of office operations and ensure the smooth running of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and operations.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Process weekly payroll accurately and on time.
- Reconcile bank accounts and maintain financial records.
- Prepare and assist with financial reports.
- Support compliance and record-keeping requirements.
- Liaise with business managers, suppliers, and clients regarding accounts and administration matters.
- Implement and improve office systems and processes.
- Liaise with business owners and managers to support operational decisions.
- Liaise with local council and other local bodies as required.
- Develop relationships with clients and actively seek opportunities to grow the business.
About You:
- Proven experience in office management, administration, and bookkeeping.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., MYOB, etc.)
- Payroll processing experience is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Professional communication skills and a positive attitude.
